As soon as I receive your order I will prepare your lovely package including a personal message. All VIXIN packaging is recycled and plastic-free.

Orders ship Monday-Friday
Processing time is 2-5 business days

Import Duties

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages in your country.
We are not liable for wrong shipping address given to us when shipping information is asked during checkout. If you did not provide the right shipping address, you may email us for the change within 24 hours. Please make sure all your information is correct before placing the order.

Rates

For shipments in the US, the following shipping rates can be selected (depending on the weight):

Domestic Shipping - $6.95

For shipments outside the U.S. the following rates can be selected:

International Shipping - $10.00

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

In case of delay, loss or damage

I trust that my carriers treat these packages with respect and care, but we're all human and sometimes packages get delayed, are lost or damaged. I will always solve this matter with the help of my carriers, but this process does take time and I ask for your patience during this time. If a package is lost or too damaged I will send the order again. With made to order pieces this means I need some time in my atelier to make your order again.
